Wow, this is an extensive list Michelle, thanks for sharing! I am interested in writing an ebook but I know this will take some time lol. Social media is an interesting way to make money nowadays and I will definitely be looking into it. Thanks again for sharing 🙂

This list is great Michelle, great post! I just started a blog about a month ago, and I’m really getting into it. I used your website as an inspiration, loving it! I hope to write an ebook in a few months when my traffic gets higher, but in the meanwhile I’m focusing on my blog. Thanks again for everything you do, it really helped me a lot!
    Love, M

I feel so sorry for furloughed government workers and wish they wouldn’t have to endure this. I hope some of them start an online side hustle because it doesn’t matter what’s going on in the world today. As long as one has a connection to the internet, they can start a side hustle and put themselves in a position to be a future “side hustle millionaire.”

Exhaustive list! I must admit, I’ve really started looking into side projects recently. I started freelancing for clients last year alongside my full-time job. Even though it’s not a huge amount extra that I’m making it really makes a big difference.
It also helped expand my own knowledge and gave me more confidence in my skills. Still working with my first client after 7 months and they’re happy which gives me a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
It’s also motivated me to see what else I can do so there are a ton of benefits that come with side projects, aside from just the extra money (which is of course, very nice). 🙂

Entering contests and giveaways is something I’ve been doing for years and only recently started looking at as a side hustle! I’ve won over $3,000 in prizes in about 5 years and now I’m hoping to help others learn the tricks to win!

Thanks. I’m doing this all wrong. I decided to wait until I was in my fifties to try to earn a living abroad. I have enough equity to buy a place in Taiwan, so I don’t need to earn a lot to make rent. I just need a small income. My plan was always to teach English, but now I am finding out most schools won’t hire you if you are over 50! So I need some alternatives. Thanks for getting my ideas flowing!

    Hey Michelle!
Loved the “Crew a sailboat delivery” idea – a bunch of my friends after college did this; they had a blast – made decent money and got to free transport to some really beautiful places!

Great list Michelle. People should look more deeply at opportunities as a property manager. With the new cloud property management software, the work is much more manageable, and landlords need help. There’s a shortage of people willing to manage several properties and many of the owners only have a handful of properties. It’s very doable!

Hi Michelle, thank you for the list, nice ideas 🙂 We actually started a blog a couples of months ago and it’s been a slow and hard journey so far, but we keep at it! We heard about you from the Gathering Dreams blog. It would be very helpful if you have any (free) resources for us how to learn the basics of sponsored posts. How many page views do you need for companies to be interested? Thank you!

i think affiliate marketing is the best option among all… creating a website and waiting for huge traffic to make money through adsense is quite tough…than monetizing your website with affiliate products which can help you earn handsome commission in less traffic..!!great post…!!
